Nutre Meal Plans Terms *

NUTRE ELITE PROGRAM
Terms & Conditions (*Updated February 2026)

By checking this box and submitting my application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Program Enrollment & Membership Fee
I understand that if accepted into the Nutre Elite Program as an Elite Partner, I am enrolling in a paid membership. My card will be automatically charged $150 USD one (1) week after I receive my first week of Nutre meals. Thereafter, my membership fee will be charged monthly to the card on file unless paused or canceled in accordance with these terms.

Billing Authorization
I authorize Nutre Meal Plans to securely store my payment information and charge my card for:
Monthly membership dues
Any applicable upgrades or program-related charges I elect to participate in
If a payment fails, I understand:
I will be notified to update my payment method
Two (2) consecutive failed payments may result in removal or downgrade from the program

Program Structure & Tier Advancement
I understand that the Nutre Elite Program operates on a tiered structure:
Elite Partner (Entry Level)
Elite Coach
Senior Elite Coach
Expert Elite Coach
Advancement is based on verified client conversions (CV) and performance metrics tracked through Nutre’s affiliate system. Tier perks, meal allotments, commissions, bonuses, and leadership opportunities are tied to performance and may change if performance requirements are not maintained.
Performance Expectations
I understand that:
Tier 2 and above require maintaining an average of at least three (3) client conversions per quarter to remain at that tier.
Failure to meet quarterly performance requirements may result in a level downgrade for the following quarter.
Once at Elite Partner (Tier 1), I will not be downgraded further as long as my membership dues remain current.
To regain Elite Coach status after a downgrade, I may be required to meet accelerated performance benchmarks (e.g., 3 CV in one month).

Commission & Payout Terms
Commissions are paid on verified customer orders tracked through Nutre’s affiliate system.
Lifetime value commission eligibility may be limited (currently up to six (6) months from the customer’s original purchase date).
Fraudulent, self-referred, or manipulated orders will result in forfeiture of commissions and potential removal from the program.

Referral & Leadership Bonuses
Referral bonuses begin at Tier 2 and are currently structured as $300 for every three (3) qualified coach referrals.
Partners (Tier 1) do not qualify for referral bonuses.
If I am an Expert Elite Coach serving as a Team Captain, any coach I refer may be placed on my team.


Meal Benefits
Meal credits and weekly meal allotments are tier-based benefits and are contingent upon:
Active membership
Meeting performance requirements (where applicable)
Compliance with program policies
Nutre reserves the right to modify meal benefits, bonuses, and incentives at its discretion.


Membership Pause & Cancellation
Elite Partners (Tier 1) may request to pause their membership for up to two (2) months. 
During a pause, commissions, discount codes, and benefits are suspended.
Team Captains who pause forfeit their team.
Team members will be reassigned to an active captain
Nutre has the right to Terminate the membership of any partner affiliate for any reason with written notice. 
It is up to the Partner to cancel their Nutre subscription by logging into their account and suspending deliveries. 
All commission payouts up to the point of termination will be paid out to the affiliate, net 30 upon cancellation. 
Cancellation requests from the Partner must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

Brand Representation
As a Nutre Elite Partner or Coach, I agree to:
Represent Nutre Meal Plans professionally
Avoid false claims about products, income potential, or results
Nutre reserves the right to remove any member who damages brand reputation or violates ethical standards.

Program Modifications
Nutre Meal Plans reserves the right to update, modify, or restructure program tiers, benefits, compensation, leadership roles, and requirements at any time with written notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
